This is a simple database program used to record, track, monitor and measure customer communications (including complaints), internal rejections, customer rejections, supplier rejections, corrective actions, calibration, supplier lists and risk. The system is very easy to use and the code of the database is left open so every client can either use the program as it is, or modify it to their own needs. This database is set at a very low cost and no additional software costs are required to run the program. There are minimum system requirements, which are discussed prior to install. If you intend to open the code and modify the program, a software license is required through Microsoft.
This database is included at NO INITIAL CHARGE for all customers who use ISOMetrix to develop their QMS program.
