Just because you are certified, does not mean the work stops! The Management System is just that; a system, and systems continue to work. You either work the system or the system works you!

This is where we come in.

In addition to regular internal auditing services as described above, we offer the following continued services:

• Audit Support:

  This is our presence during CB continued audits to ensure successful assessments and correct issues as they are found. This helps keep your people in their positions working and we act as guides and provide administrative assistance as needed to the auditor.

• Management Review:

  This is our assistance collecting metric data and holding effective management review meetings, which is required by just about all management system standards. This also includes dealing with any actions that result from the meeting.

• Corrective Action Support:

  This is our assistance with responding and closing any corrective actions or product rejections within the system issued internally or by a customer. Even the best Manager or a system comes across a question or obstacle and we are here to help when those situations arise.

• System Transitions & Upgrades:  

  Standards are revised every 6-9 years, which require system changes and training. Any significant changes require planning and training and we are here to help with all of those as they come up.
