Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry and working toward a Master of Business Administration degree, Jay found himself in the aerospace industry with Lockheed Martin and Bell Helicopter. Jay used some basic skills provided by his father to quickly become a leader in the Compliance group. He worked with various facilities around the United States, overseeing their quality and environmental regulation compliance. This experience prepared him to start his own company, where he can utilize his passion for high quality standards and help companies function at their highest potential.
